Nationwide Arts Organization RAW: natural born artists Launches in Minneapolis on June 9^th at Fine Line Music Café with an Eclectic Art Showcase

RAW: natural born artists, a nation-wide independent arts organization for artists by artists, is launching in Minneapolis this June.  Eclectic art showcases include musical performances, a fashion show with an accessories designer, hair and make-up artist feature, as well as multiple visual artists.

Minneapolis, Minnesota — May 14, 2011 ‑‑ Fine Line Music Café is setting the stage for the Minneapolis launch of nationwide arts organization RAW: natural born artists.  June 9^th, 2011 a hand-selected group of talented local artists will come together for an exciting evening of music, fashion, hair, make-up and art.

RAW’s mission is to provide independent artists of all creative genres, with the tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity.  RAW educates emerging artists through seminars, workshops and insight to further the knowledge of their industry.  RAW connects artists with one another so that they might grow together, while providing them with opportunities to give back to their own local youth communities through the arts.

Showcases will be hosted on a monthly basis from June to October and artists are invited to submit their work for consideration through RAW’s website.

Minneapolis will be the 17^th major city in the United States to host RAW’s monthly showcase events.
